ABOUT LINDA:
Linda is our Defensive Driver Instructor and our Full Time Paint Instructor. She is the person you will be chatting with on our Facebook message page. She is also our contact person if you want to host an event and can also be contacted at TheArtfulSpirits@gmail.com. She is a mother of two girls and has been crafting and painting for more years than she will admit to. Three years ago she added Defensive Driving to the things she likes to teach. She is an avid volunteer and earned a B.S. Degree in Marine Transportation and Management proving you don't need a Fine Arts degree to paint. She loves to help people who believe they can only do stick figures, and believes they are the most surprised at what they can do together. She invites you to come to a party or host your own, have some fun, let the stress melt away, and enjoy yourself and your time socializing with other party guests. She can't wait to help you to tap into your artful spirit and bring home a wonderful reminder too!
ABOUT LAURA:
Laura is our back up instructor and large party assistant. Yes, that is a similarity you see to Linda...they are identical twins! Laura started by being Linda's avid supporter. She is happily married to a great guy and has one son and three daughters that also love to paint. She has a gallery of paintings in her home from all the Paint Parties her family has attended over the past 7 years. Naturally, when Linda needed an assistant for large parties, she turned to her twin sister. Laura is now is an occasional instructor in addition to being a busy Full Time Science Teacher. She knows first hand how Paint Parties help melt the stress of those busy days away.
ABOUT STEPHANIE:
Art makes her happy. She has always enjoyed crafting and artsy projects since she was little. She is currently inactive as an instructor and focusing on being a full time nurse. She has a fur-baby named Oliver that was the her inspiration for her etsy shop, Studiok9. (https://www.etsy.com/shop/studiok9) where she creates custom pet portraits. She is appreciative of every guest that has painted with her and enjoyed her time being a paint and sip instructor and guiding you on your artistic path. She hopes that you will continue to enjoy painting with our group and may continue by being an instructor at a new location in the Adirondacks in the future! Stephanie started her Paint & Sip Business in April 2015 and when Linda joined her in August 2015 "The Artful Spirits" was born.
